Overview

Construction All Risks (CAR) provides comprehensive protection for construction, engineering and installation projects against accidental physical loss or damage during the course of works. The insured sections of the CAR are relatively straightforward. But one of its main attributes lies beyond mere coverage. The key benefit is that all parties working on the project are covered by this single CAR policy: the owner, general contractor, sub-contractors, suppliers, architect and engineers working on site. All required is a causal link between the damage and the project activities.
